Fushoushan 2,600m High Mountain Oolong

Compared to other tea-producing regions, Fushoushan is characterized by a cold climate and a foggy environment, and the soil is dominated by leaf rock with good drainage.

 In order to survive in the cold environment, tea plants store a lot of sugar and amino acids in their leaves. In addition, the short hours of sunlight reduce the amount of tea polyphenols that cause bitterness and astringency. These unique environmental conditions, combined with superior tea-making techniques, create the high mountain flavor that is unique to Fushoushan tea.
 The taste of Fushoushan Oolong tea has the following characteristics: It is refreshing, smooth, sweet, and not too pungent. It also has a simple taste, while still having an elegant floral aroma. High-quality Fushoushan tea can also have a fresh aroma like blue-skinned grapes.
 Generally, high mountain tea is called high mountain tea if it is grown at an altitude of 1000m or more, but Fushoushan tea is grown at an extremely high altitude of 2600m, and is a rare tea leaf with a small production volume. Currently, it is one of the highest altitude regions in Taiwan's tea producing regions.
