全てのレッスンやツアーは48時間前にご予約を完了させていただきます。

キャンセルポリシー：
レッスン開始5日前までのキャンセルは全返金いたします。
5日〜3日前でのキャンセルは50％の授業料を返金いたします。
レッスン開始の72時間までのキャンセルは返金できかねますのでご了承頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

免責条項：
レッスンでは家庭用の調理器具を使っていますが、それぞれのお客様の保険加入はされていないため、特に包丁を使っている時は指導をよく聞き、くれぐれもご注意お願いいたします。郷菜はお客様の怪我に責任を負いません。
