注文後のキャンセルは承っておりませんので、注文確定前に予め内容についてご確認下さい。

万一、商品の破損、サイズ違い等、お届けした商品に不備があった際には、商品到着後、7日以内に当店まで連絡をお願いいたします。内容を確認させて頂きまして、速やかに良品と交換させて頂きます。お問い合わせはこちらからお願い致します。

お支払い済みの場合は翌々営業日に発送を行います。（金曜日に頂戴したご注文は火曜日の発送となります。）

台湾からの発送になりますため、発送から7～10日後になります。

ご注文内容に不備のある場合、大口のご注文の場合、交通事情・自然災害の場合、お客様がご不在の場合などには、所定のお届け日にお届けできない場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

・お届け日・時間帯の指定は出来ますか？

誠に申し訳ございませんが、お届け日、時間帯のご指定はお受けできません。発送時にお送りしておりますメールに記載されているお問い合わせ番号で、地元の配送営業所にお問い合わせください。

・支払方法は何がありますか？
現在はPayPalとPayPalを通じたクレジットカードの支払いが可能です。

・注文後のキャンセルは可能ですか？
注文後のキャンセルは承っておりませんので、注文確定前に予め内容についてご確認下さい。

・届いた商品に不備があった場合
万一、商品の破損、サイズ違い等、お届けした商品に不備があった際には、商品到着後、7日以内に当店まで連絡をお願いいたします。内容を確認させて頂きまして、速やかに良品と交換させて頂きます。お問い合わせはこちらからお願い致します。

​Returns & Refunds

We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrong-sized item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the matter and promptly arrange a replacement with the correct item.

Shopping Guide

・How much does shipping cost?
-NT$100 flat-rate shipping for orders under NT$3,000 (available throughout Japan, including Okinawa)

-Free shipping on orders of NT$3,000 or more

​​・How many days will it take for the product to arrive?

If payment has been confirmed, your order will be shipped on the second business day after it is placed. (Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Tuesday.) As all items are shipped from Taiwan, delivery typically takes 7–10 days from the shipping date. Please note that delivery dates may be delayed due to incomplete order information, large orders, traffic conditions, natural disasters, or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

・Can I specify the delivery date and time?

We sincerely apologize, but we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates or times. Please contact your local delivery office using the tracking number provided in the email sent at the time of shipment.

・What payment methods are available?
Currently, you can pay with PayPal or credit card through PayPal.

 

・Is it possible to cancel an order after it has been placed?
We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed, so please check the details carefully before confirming your order.

 

・If there is a problem with the delivered product

In the unlikely event that the delivered product is damaged, the wrong size, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will check the details and promptly replace it with a good product. Please contact us here for inquiries.
