・How many days will it take to receive my order?
If payment is completed, the order will be shipped on the second business day. (For example, orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Tuesday.) As shipments are sent from Taiwan, it typically takes 7–10 days after shipping for delivery. Please note that delivery may be delayed in the following cases: incomplete order information, bulk orders, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, or if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery.
